Licensing and Approvals

Many developments now require some form of environmental approval whether it is to remove protected vegetation or to undertake works within a watercourse, or whether it be an approval under the Commonwealth Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 2000.  

Planning applications are also required for development.  EnviroAgent Services have experience in preparing many applications to Local, State and Commonwealth agencies.
